It starts with honest advice. We look at your range, your target audience and your internal processes. How many products do you have today, how many in two years? Do you sell to end customers, to resellers or both? What happens after an order in your warehouse and your accounting? From these answers we form a concept that shows you, before the first line of code, what effort is realistic and which features are really needed.

Choosing the shop system and hosting
Based on the consultation we recommend the right shop system (usually WooCommerce, Shopify or Shopware) and the right hosting. Both have a direct impact on performance, scalability and ongoing costs. For self-hosting we rely on reliable providers with good availability, a clean backup strategy and a server configuration suitable for e-commerce loads. For hosted solutions we clarify the plan and necessary add-ons right at the start, so there are no cost surprises later.

Design, brand presence and user guidance
We design your shop in a dedicated design round. Logo, colors, typography and imagery are implemented so your brand presence is instantly recognizable. More important than any decorative effect is user guidance: where do I find products, how do I filter them, how do I see availability, how do I get to checkout? Each of these steps is thought through and agreed with you. We do not deliver a standard template, but a custom design that fits your business.

Product data, categories and content
A shop without clean product data is not ready to launch. We help you build a sensible category structure, import existing products from lists or legacy systems and add missing images, descriptions or attributes. If you do not have product texts yet, we also take over the copywriting on request, tuned to brand voice and search engine optimization. The result is a shop that is not only technically ready, but also ready to sell in terms of content.

Payment, shipping and legal texts
In the next step we set up the payment providers, shipping rules and all legally required texts. Terms, right of withdrawal, privacy policy and legal notice we source from a provider specialized in online law, so you start legally compliant. Cookie consent and tracking are set up in a GDPR-compliant way. Before the shop goes live, we run through test orders together with real cards, real PayPal and a real shipping label, so you see exactly what your customers will experience later.

Launch and walkthrough of operation
When everything is tested, we go live. For a relaunch we use clean redirects to make sure no rankings are lost. After launch you get a detailed walkthrough: how to maintain products, how to process orders, where to see sales figures. On request we train several people from your team and provide short video guides, so knowledge does not depend on a single person.

Ongoing operation, growth and optimization
An online shop is never finished. Ranges change, payment providers adjust their terms, plugins need updates. In ongoing operation we take over updates, security patches and backups on request, plus monthly reports on orders, revenue and conversion. Where optimization potential becomes visible, we suggest targeted adjustments, for example at the checkout, in product descriptions or in the shipping structure. This way your shop keeps developing, instead of freezing in year one.
